Every holiday season many families in Oklahoma struggle to provide gifts and basic essentials for their children. The Angel Tree program helps bring joy and support to those families when they need it most.
At Smolen Law | The Alpha Firm giving back is a core part of who we are. Each year we proudly participate in the Angel Tree program through the Tulsa County Bar Association to help make sure no child is forgotten during the holidays.
Angel Tree is a program that connects local children in need with community members who want to help. Each “angel” tag lists a child’s age clothing sizes and a few things they need or wish for. Sponsors then purchase the items on the tag and return them so they can be delivered before Christmas.
It is a simple way to make a direct and meaningful difference for a child in your own community.
Many families face difficult circumstances during the holidays. Some are dealing with financial stress, sudden job loss, illness or challenges within the foster care system. These pressures can make it hard for parents to give their children the holiday they wish they could.
Angel Tree brings hope.
It shows families that their community cares.
It gives children joy, comfort and something to look forward to.

Getting involved is easy:
Choose an angel tag from the Tulsa County Bar Association and shop for the items listed.
Families, law firms, offices, sports teams and friend groups often choose multiple angels together.
If shopping is not possible you can donate and volunteers will purchase remaining items.
Help organize, sort or deliver gifts.
Spread the word on social media or at work to encourage others to join.
