Dustin is a partner with Smolen Law. He is a skilled litigation advocate for victims of catastrophic torts, medical malpractice, and civil rights violations. He has more than 15 years of experience zealously advocating for his clients and has practiced in state and federal courts all over Oklahoma and the region. He can effectively communicate with clients and guide them through all phases of litigation, including trials and alternative dispute resolution.
Dustin graduated with highest honors from the University of Tulsa, where he served as Articles Research Editor of the Tulsa Law Review. Prior to law school, he attended Oklahoma State University, where he was a member of the Cowboy football team.
