Donald E. Smolen, II is an Oklahoma attorney and the managing force behind Smolen Law | The Alpha Firm. Raised on a ranch south of Tulsa, Donald brings a grounded, hard working perspective to every case he handles. He earned both his undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of Tulsa, where he also served as an editor for the Tulsa Law Review and received several distinguished awards during law school.
After graduating, Donald began practicing law in Oklahoma and has built his career representing individuals and families in serious, high stakes cases. His practice includes catastrophic torts, insurance bad faith, civil litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. Donald is known for taking on complex cases, holding powerful parties accountable, and fighting for people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
Outside of his legal work, Donald is a husband, father of four boys, and an avid fly fisherman. His background, family values, and time outdoors continue to shape the way he advocates for his clients and serves his community.
