THE ALPHA TEAM

Chris Mochulsky

Attorney

An experienced trial attorney at Smolen Law, Chris Mochulsky  focuses his practice on insurance bad faith and catastrophic tort litigation. Originally from Texas, he earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas and his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School in 2018.

After graduating, he began his legal career in private practice in a small town nestled in the Colorado Rockies, where he developed a strong foundation in advocacy and client service. In 2023, he joined Smolen Law, where he discovered a true passion for holding insurance companies accountable when they exploit their policyholders and for fighting tirelessly on behalf of clients who have suffered life-altering injuries or the devastating loss of a loved one due to negligence.

If you have a legal matter that needs individualized attention and aggressive pursuit of justice, please contact Chris at (918) 777-4LAW (4529) or chrism@smolen.law.
