Chris is an experienced trial attorney at Smolen Law. With a robust legal background spanning civil litigation, criminal defense, municipal law, and nonprofit representation, Chris brings a wealth of diverse experience to his role.
Chris graduated from the University of Colorado Law School in 2018. After completing his legal education, Chris clerked in Colorado’s 1st Judicial District for Judge Tamara S. Russell. Following his clerkship, Chris entered private practice in a small town in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. In private practice, Chris successfully litigated both jury and non-jury trials, advocated in administrative hearings, was the Town Attorney of a statutory town, and was in-house counsel for a conservation nonprofit.
