Anabelle Faivre

Law Clerk/Juris Doctor Candidate

Anabelle Faivre is a law clerk at Smolen Law and a third-year J.D. candidate at American University Washington College of Law.

After spending multiple summers with Smolen Law, Anabelle continues to work with the firm while completing law school. Her experience includes legal research, writing, case preparation, and civil litigation support.

Anabelle serves as a Note and Comment Editor for the American University Business Law Review and has contributed to legal scholarship through both the Business Law Review and the Health Law & Policy Brief.

She graduated magna cum laude from Santa Clara University in 2023 with a B.S. in Political Science and Public Health Science and expects to earn her J.D. in 2027.
