Oklahoma’s News 4: Federal jury issues $40M judgement for Tulsa woman involved in lawsuit with Progressive

TULSA, Okla. (KFOR) — A federal jury has issued a $40M judgement to a Tulsa woman who sued the insurance giant, Progressive, after not receiving the monetary benefits her attorneys say she qualified for.

The woman was involved in a car accident in 2022, and the driver that hit her was underinsured. She filed a claim with progressive seeking her benefits and didn’t receive an offer worth the amount.
