Dr. Shropshire resigns amid lawsuit accusing Oklahoma DHS of neglect

A lawsuit detailing the failures of Oklahoma’s Department of Human Services, that allegedly allowed for a minor to be emotionally and physically abused, was filed in June.

The lawsuit alleges that they all played a role in allowing the abuse to continue even after concerns were raised by the child’s parents.
