Haskell Woman Accused of Leaving Foster Child Outside in Freezing Cold Pleads Not Guilty

UPDATE (3/24/25) —  The Haskell woman accused of leaving her foster child outside in the cold as punishment appeared in court on Monday to plead not guilty.

Kaytlin Fultz is facing a misdemeanor child neglect charge in Muscogee Nation District Court.

Her next court appearance is scheduled for June 18.

Her husband, Andrew Fultz, is also charged with child neglect and is scheduled to be in court on April 29.
